HEALTH CARE CLIENT: A group of health care providers with strong records of corporate citizenship are facing policy challenges which would fundamentally rewrite the economics of their operations and, in some cases, potentially require them to operate their facilities at a loss. To help frame a response plan, we conducted a series of voter focus groups and survey research to create an action plan outline that can protect their policy interests based on effective issue messaging that resonates with the public.
