CONSUMER SERVICES CLIENT: A nationwide consumer services industry leader is targeted by third party stakeholder groups, lawmakers and NGOs seeking to ban its products and destroy its ability to conduct business. Hundreds of millions of dollars are at stake. We were retained to combat an aggressive and hostile trend in more than a dozen states nationwide. A comprehensive advocacy program was developed to not only respond to hostile action at state and local levels, but also to take a proactive posture. In addition, HSG is building a base of coalition partners and working with a cross-functional client management team to develop and implement initiatives that can support the business model and reframe the debate.
